Mr. Jeff Williams - Principal

Jeff Williams has served as the Manor Hill principal for the past seven school years and will begin his eigth year as a Manor Hill Patriot. Williams, a graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City, holds two bachelor’s degrees, a master’s degree and a specialist degree from UMKC. While at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Williams was a member of the cross-country, indoor and outdoor track teams where he received both academic and athletic all-conference recognition. Prior to the joining Liberty Public Schools, Mr. Williams was an elementary teacher, middle school teacher and served as an elementary principal in the Center School District.

Mrs. Valerie Utecht - Assistant Principal

Valerie Utecht has worked in the Liberty Public Schools for ten years serving as a teacher at both Ridgeview and Warren Hills Elementary Schools, and also as the Instructional Coach for Lillian Schumacher Elementary School. Valerie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in Elementary Education and Special Education, and a master’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University in Educational Leadership. Prior to coming to Liberty, Valerie has served in school districts in Nebraska, California, and Maryland.
